Golden, thin head. Aroma is orange, floral antipodean hops, light bready pale malts. Lots of fresh bready malts, touch doughy, moderate bitterness. Decent pils.

Draught at the brewpub; 14oz
Blond color, just hazy. Grassy hop aroma and flavor, not as good as in South Germany, but it’s already an appreciated effort. The aroma is a bit stale (the malts didn’t work too well), the flavor is better, quite nice malts, a bit chewy ones, not the crispy ones. And it has a good bitterness level.
Unrefined, but good; I hope they try again and keep improving, because we need more good Pilsners in town.

Draft - Light sweet lemon and grains. Clear light gold with a small white head. Light bitter grains and a long grainy bitter sweet finish. Not great but OK.
