Light gold, bright. Has a bit of a lactic nose, with honey and apple. Up front, apples, light spiciness, touch of alcohol but decent complexity.

Tasting at Matt’s
Pale yellow color. Nice aroma, intense, apples and lemon. It has a mild acidity, apple flavor, a bit lemony, mild tannins. Not very complex, but the residual sweetness really makes of this cider one of the best from Sea Cider.

Bottle - Nice sweet clean Apple notes, just a touch of honey. Pale straw. Bitter apple and a bit of alcohol and dry finish.

750mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of lemon zest from the bitters, laid back honey, and crisp apples. Flavour is very dynamic and complex, with lemon zest, medium honey sweetness and light apple crispness. Lots going on here and it's all harmonious. Really good.
