The first collaboration with The Buzz Coffee House and Pete’s Breworks is a combination of some of everyone’s favorite things! Locally roasted coffee beans are cold brewed for 18 hours then injected with nitrogen for a creamy consistency. This is then blended with Longwood’s Russian Imperial Stoutnik creating a perfect combination of morning and evening brews.

Draught @ St. Augustines. Dark brown, medium head. Quite a bit of coffee and chocolate on the nose. Tart, thin. Ok maybe some chocolate but this has gone sour. Shame - the nose had so much promise.

Draft - Lots of nice roasty dark coffee. Jet black with a light beige head. Nice roasty dark coffee with a long finish, solid. And nice.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours black with a tiny tan head. Aroma is fairly light, with roasted coffee notes barely poking through. Flavour is a little more pronounced, with notes of medium roast coffee, a bit of chocolate and some sweetness that lingers. Surprisingly sweet for a low ABV coffee stout. Simple enough, but not a beer of elegance or even any "heartiness". Okay.
