Draft at BitterCreek. Not bad, but what is it? Light, more hops than necessary for a Saison. Dry, grainy, malts. Slight yeast component. Head scratcher.n

Chill haze, odd nose, earthy, touch of bitter orange but not sure if this is bright enough for me. On the palate, nice bitterness, herbal/orangey hop, decent body. More satisfying than the usual sesh IPA.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a orange color with a medium white head. A big fresh fruity melon hop nose. The flavor is a light roasted malt, phenolic, a Belgian ale base with loads of dry hopping. Light tropical fruit. Quite solid.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver, 10th Anniversary party
Cloudy amber color. Strong smell of dry yeast cake, bread, not convincing. Moderately sour, lactic, even a bit fruity, some malt flavor. Not a bad beer, but it tastes like a very random brew.

Draft - Spice, pepper and some black tea leaf hop. Otis. Cloudy gold with a nice white head. Sweet, spicy and a long fruity hoppy finish. Flowery and a sweetish yeasty finish. Nice.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a hazy orange amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast, some toasted bread and biscuity malt. Flavour is very complex, with toasted bready notes, and lacto funkiness. Doesn't really strike me as a Belgian pale, more like a lightly hoppy lacto sour. Whatever it is, it's really nice.
