Cask at Callister, Vancouver
Dark mahogany color, almost black, with compact sprinkler head. The aroma is mild but not bad, some chocolate. Soft mouthfeel, low carbonation, the body is quite weak; some roasted malt flavor, just traces of chocolate, and some ashtray/cigarette butts.
Not totally bad, but also not the best experience.
Missing the point of English Milds.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 10 | Overall - 6.5
Cask - Dark sugars and some prune. Muddy brown with a frothy white head. Light toffee and a very light clean finish. Touch of bread.
