Draft - Pale malts with just a touch of citrus. Clear gold with a nice white head. Pale malts, some cocoa and wood. Not really the peat I expected, not sure I can eccentric call it that.

Draught at the brewery (Powell Street)
Hazy blond color. Mild aroma of cereal husks, hay, peat. Dry, crispy, with delicate crackery malt flavor and a light saline touch; moderate bitterness.
Interesting, clean. I would push it a bit further, with some more assertive crackery Pilsner malts.

On tap at Main Street, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is quite earthy, with straw and biscuity malt. Flavour is very dry and earthy, with some dry whiskey notes, earth and bone dry biscuity malt. Well-balanced and super dry. Decent.
