Tap at Elliott’s Oyster House. Pours gold with a slight creamy white head. Aroma is light breadiness with a little citrus and spice. Dry. Decently bitter.

12oz can pours out a crisp clear gold topped with a fluffy white head. Nose is floral spice hops some cereal corn malts. Taste is more of the nice spice floral notes.

This was a surprising beer. It’s got all the classic expressions of a solid Pilsner. It’s not outstanding and there’s nothing special about it necessarily. But it’s clean, slightly crisp and holy crap it’s 3.7% ABV. This is the beer you fill a cooler with and take to the lake. Great stuff.

12 oz can (like this beer could possibly come any other way). Poured. Pours a light clear golden color with a rocky foam head. Straw grain dominating aroma. Flavor is a super crisp up front lager with a ton of straw. Creamy latter, and very easy to drink. Has flavor which is nice. A slight bitterness towards the end, as well as a bit watery. It feels wrong to only drink one can of this, and not an entire 6 pack in one sitting, but I’ll save that for another day. Surprisingly good session lager here. Crow got it right. Damn good baseball beer here. Makes me miss the M’s. As I always say this time of year. This will be our year. Pretty good lager overall.

Can. Golden beer with a cream head. Light malt and light mineral aroma. Light mineral flavor with light malt. Medium bodied. Light mineral and light malt lingers with light spice.

Draught at the brewery; 3.5% ABV
Blond color. Interesting aroma of grassy hops, almost manure. The malt flavor is delicate but too mild, some hay; the bitterness is stronger than expected, lightly herbaceous, less expressive hopping than in the aroma.

On Tap at the Mount Vernon brewery Clear extreme,y light pale straw color. Fine white head. Very light wispy malt flavor nd a touch of noble hop bite at the end. Classic ilsener but even light for the style.

Draft - Light grains. Clear gold with a decent white head. Lots of grains and some biscuit. Finish has a light vegetal fruity notes.

On tap at Farmstrong, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma smells like a pale lager, with corn and maybe some grassiness. Flavour is much more like a pils, with lots of fresh grassiness and crisp crackery malt. Brewed correctly style, leaving a nice crisp dry bite on the finish. Very good.
