Slight haze. Blonde. A slightly honeyish nose, with dried flowers, and bland sugar. Sweet with some florals, no sign of mussels, just esters and bubblegum and that’s not something I am into.

At Matt’s place. 650ml bottle. Pours a clear golden. Aroma and taste are malty, slightly flowey, with some notes of mussel on the back ground. Meh.

Bottle - Sweet malts and a touch of honey. Clear gold with a decent white head. Sweet light grains with a touch of yeast.

Tasting at Matt’s
Blond color. The aroma is a bit spicy, with some mellow flowery aroma. Sweetish carbonated soda, with very little beer character, very low bitterness. I’m put off by the usage of mollusks.
Bland.

650mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is weird, with maybe a slight briney touch atop Belgian yeast and attenuated honey. Flavour brings out fermented out honey and Belgian yeast. Not getting any of the mussels. Reasonable, but pretty meh.
