Slight haze, light amber. Light peppery, estery aroma. Light body, dryish, with honeyish, floral yeast character. Kind of thin.

At Matt’s place. 650 ml bottle. Pours a slightly haze golden. Aroma is flowery, acidy, more similar to lagers. Taste is malty, slightly sour. Slightly bitter aftertaste.

Bottle - Sweet, muddy and eatery yeast. Clear gold with a decent white head. Sweet and yeasty with some mellow grains.

Draught at Urban Winery / Postmark, Vancouver
Hazy dark blond color. The dryness of this beer brings out the plastic character of the fake American yeast (well, this beer reminds me of a bunch of French micros too). A bit spicy; feeling of white refined sugar.
I’m not excited by this one.

On tap at Postmark, pours a hazy dull golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out pronounced Belgian yeast upfront, with a very rustic quality and some residual candied sugar. Flavour is well-balanced and fresh, with lots of rustic farmhouse notes expressing themselves upfront, showcasing a nice yeast profile, with moderate residual sweetness that is well-situated. Well-designed and quite drinkable. Solid stuff.
