Draught at the brewpub
Hazy blond color, small compact head. Mild coriander aroma. The flavor is moderately sweet, it has a clear presence of an American yeast strain that I got too often and delivers some fruity esters, strong coriander (but mellowish, not sharp), a bit floral too; this combination becomes a bit cloying in the final.
Overall, a decent American beer, hardly Belgian.

On tap at Big Ridge, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast, fruity esters and biscuity notes. Flavour is very fruity, with Belgian yeasty, loads of fruity esters, light floral notes and a soft biscuity malt component. Pillowy mouthfeel with everything in good balance. Well-constructed and drinkable, but not terribly exciting. Solid.
