Draught @ Boxcar. Amber, but if haze. Big elderflower nose, though the character is more muted on the palate. Light tartness, light floral character.

Draught at St. Augustineβs, Vancouver
Hazy amber color. Light elderflower and lactic acid aroma. Mildly sour, quite dry, a bit bready, light lemon feeling, very light elderflower, and a bit astringent in the final.
Refreshing, easy.

On tap at Bridge, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out the elderflower upfront, with soapy floral notes and some cleaner-like notes. Flavour is a little better, with floral notes dominating from the elderflower, followed by lacto notes and medium acidity. Not very tart at all, barely even much wild quality. Not bad, but off the mark.
