Like a stamp on a tramp, this beer is about not so subtle seduction. Soft but complex malts, Chambly yeast, sweet orange peel, Columbus, Amarillo, and Centennial hops have merged to create a bodacious Belgian IPA.

dark orange 1 finger head that fades fast. nose is nice, a bit of caramelized malts, some brown sugar. nice orange and some stone fruit, piney but with a dried grapefruit peel. spicy up front and very yeasty finish.

Bottle. Murky amber with a nice foamy beige head. Sweet floral hops, citrus (grapefruit), and pine. Yummy smelling. Taste is not quite as good as the nose. Has some major hops - grapefruit peel, orange, and pine. Very nice overall.

Cloudy golden with a medium sized off-white head, lots of lacing. Aroma is fruity, yeast and spices. Taste is fruity, lemon and bright citrus

Smell of mango, hops. Cloudy amber colour, creamy head. Aroma of spruce, yeast, leaves, orange peel. Medium bitter, flat carbon. Mildly oily texture.

Bottle from Bottledog, London. Hazy amber/copper with a thin white head. Fresh yeasty aroma with apricots, bananas and butterscotch. Taste is bittersweet (more bitter than sweet it has to be said) with a long kumquat bitter finish and aftertaste. It isn’t terribly original or innovative but it’s very good for what it is.

Bottle from Bottledog, Kings Cross. Just about clear, amber. Thin, lasting, white head. Bready. Red cherry. Stone fruit. Taste is light bitter. Fairly dry. Oily palate. Slightly chewy. Finish is bitter, with a light tartness.

Bottle from the BottleDog and drunk at home. Clear deep amber lasting beige head. A little Belgian ester yeast on the aroma, some tangerine and orange. A little alcoholic in the mouth. An ok Belgian ale with quite a few PNW hops added to it and a touch of orange fruit flavour. Some sweet malt aroma. Yeah just not quite the best mix of flavours. Belgian ale comes through. OK.
