A fairly standard cider. A bit of rose in the finish. Thin body. Light sulfur. Not bad not great.

On tap at Honey Moon, pours a clear blonde with no head. Aroma brings out semi-sweet apple sweetness. Flavour is uncomplex but well-constructed, with medium sweet apples and some light greasiness. Nothing special but well-done.

Draft - Very fruity with some cooked apple. Clearish gold. Fleshy apple with some perfumy notes. Pretty dry finish,
