The raspberry is nice, but with a hint of vinous character...muscular mead. The fruit lends a nice balance, though.

On tap at Honey Moon, pours a clear pinkish amber with no head. Aroma is intense on the raspberries along with medium honey sweetness. Flavour is highly sweet, with loads of honey sweetness and intense raspberry sweetness. Rather sweet and quite acidic. It's nice but could use some refining.

Draft - Dark, semi sweet raspberry. Light clear pink. Raspberry and a nice long finis with an underlying note of honey.
