Can from North Park Bottlecraft. Clear, plastic cup back @the hotel. Voluminous, pillowy, white-wash head. Murky yellow pour with a slight green tinge. Earthy, lemon wheat. Not much else on the nose. Level lemon tartness, half-sharp, grass, saline, dust, lingering lemon juice. Never got the tea. On dimensional. $5.49

On tap at Noble. It pours a lightly hazed yellow color with a white head. The aroma is nice acidic lemon, creamy wheat and some salt. Perfect nose for the style. The flavor is tea-like with some light acidity and salt. The tea character really takes over the flavor. Loved the nose, and the flavor was good, but I could’ve done without the tea in a Gose. Light bodied and high carbonation. Decent.

[2/18/15] Draught at Noble Ale Works in Anaheim. Nice cloudy yellow. Lovely lactic aroma with yogurt, coriander and a salty note. Sourish lactic flavor with wheat, coriander, citrus and a salty note in the finish. Quite light-bodied. Refreshing.

Rating from growler, but also consumed on tap. Pours with a hazy golden hued body with a white head. Aromas are tart, floral, tea, citrus, lightly salty and fruity. Lemony/yogurt lacto. Flavors are grainy, estery, tart, lemony, fruit with some tea notes. Lively carbonation, dry and lightly tart finish.
