Bright gold. Bubbly head. Floral hop aroma…kind of a jasmine note. Is that sorachi or a different one? Clean pale malt, slightly creamy. Medium bitterness. The hop isn’t great - sorachi isn’t my thing, it’s too floral and doesn’t have much bite. But structurally, this is well put together.

Aroma is modest mellow hops on the nose with some malt. Has nice foam and an okay medium brownish-gold body. Flavour is good bright hops balanced by some maltiness, hints of pineapple in there. Subtle and well done. Mouthfeel has good texture with just the right amount of oiliness. It's a better IPA than usual for what you find in the lower mainland.

Hazy light amber color. It starts with quite good hop aroma, but the malt flavor has too much grainy character, paper bag; moderate sweetness, weak body, a bit of hop resins, but overall it hasn’t much hop quality.
Sub-par IPA, it shouldn’t be a target in 2016.

On tap at Field House, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, some floral notes and a decent astringency. Flavour is along the same lines, with piney hops, biscuity malt, and not much else. Decent but lacking inspiration.

Draft - Light grains and some skunk. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Earthy hops, some sweet yeasty notes and bitterness. Not sure what hops they are using, but none of the tropical notes normal in the NZ.
