Dull light tan colour with a thin head. Big mosaic nose is appetizing with the pineapple and papaya. Light body...the hop character is quite nice, bringing lychee, canned pineapple and papaya. But the malts are a travesty. Thin, lifeless, lending no real sweetness or support to carry the hops across the palate. Boo, you nailed the hops but squandered that.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy blond color, small head. Dry and a bit bready; I don’t get the usual characteristics of Mosaic, but it still has some nice hop resins.
Nice ISA.

On tap at Off the Rail, pours a cloudy murky golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out biscuity malt and some tropical fruitiness. Flavour is dry and crisp, with crisp crackery malt and bitter hopping, though there is barely any tropical fruitiness from the mosaic that is discernible. Dry crisp finish. Not the best but it's not bad either.

Draft - Light leaf and grass. Hazy gold with a decent white head. Tea leaf hop notes and a decent bitterness. Decent.
