Galaxy hops from Australia are notoriously hard to get owing to their awesome deliciousness. A while back we secured a shipment from one of our kindest suppliers and were able to brew this Galaxy dry hopped IPA. Lucious and silky with tropical fruit character reminiscent of passionfruit and Tutti-Frutti this is the IPA we love to drink and recommend to everyone that craves hoppy balanced juiciness.

Very muddy. Just a fresh grapefruit/orange juice thing, both in the nose and palate. A bit of a mess with the yeastiness but otherwise solid.

Growler - Sweet and fruity with a touch of skunk. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Sweet fruity and bitterness. Fruity and grassy. Nice. Draft - much more fruit and less skunk. Great.

Murky dark blond color with compact head. Nice hoppy aroma, strong, a bit resiny but mostly fruity, strong orange, some mango, lightly tropical. Good mouthfeel, nice Pale malt flavor, a bit bready and crackery, and very strong hopping, resiny and enough fruity; a bit too much yeast though, hence the finish is a bit heavy.
Dirty but very good.

On tap at Strange Fellows, pours a cloudy pale golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops upfront, with some biscuity malt, and a touch of floral quality. Flavour is along the same lines, with floral and piney hops, backed by crisp biscuity malt. Very piney and fairly potent, though with minimal bitterness. A really nice, thirst-quenching blond IPA. One of Strange Fellows' best beers.
