Bottle shared at the brewery - split with the bros! During RBWG 2016. Pours clear gold with minimal head. The nose holds some apple, dough, yeast. Medium sweet flavour, a little boozy, with nips of honey and white grape. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Warming on the finish, lightly chewy, with some tangy citrus. Overall, not bad.

Bottle split at Plow, 30/01/16. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white head. Nose is pissy melon, light funk, fruit esters, balsa wood, tangy citric peel. Taste comprises yeast esters, lemon drizzle, funk, straw, subtle wine barrel, candied fruit peel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Masks the ABV well, fine for the style.

750 c&c from The Davis Co-Op. Pours hazy orange gold with a creamy, prickly white head. Banana and light pitted fruit in aroma. Full bodied. Flavor is more banana than many tripels, and the fruit suggests apricot to me. Getting a little heat burn down the gullet, but not in the mouth. Very, very smooth and the yeast/spice is very rewarding in the lightly peppery finish. A very fine ale.
