This whimsical IPA is completely fermented with Brettanomyces from a deviant group of wild yeast. Careful treatment of this wild strain developed notes of pineapple, guava, and citrus fruits. A combination of NW grown hops complements this brett's unique character with juicy tropical fruit, citrus, and a lingering bitter finish. As a wild ale, it will evolve over time, as the yeast adds layers of funky phenolics on top of the beer's fruity ester base.

On tap at Belmont Station, pours a cloudy light copper orange with a small white head. Aroma is huge on the brett, with secondary notes of guava and passionfruit. Flavour is along the same lines, with loads of funky brett upfront, followed by guava and melony. Not as complex as the nose suggested. Still very good.

Draft - Funky fruity Brett. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Lots of tropical fruit and funk. Sweet and a nice bitterness. Lots of the stone fruit and a long nice finish.
