On tap at Bishops Arms, Vasagatan in Stockholm december 2008. Dark amber color with a firm lacing head. The beer really had an incredible aromaof smoke, Islay whiskey and salt. Not as much smoke in the taste as in the aroma. Licorice, malt and a some nuts. The beer felt balanced. Aftertaste was long and quite dry. A great smoked beer!

Half, draught, upstairs at Den Tatoverede Enke. Clear mahogany body over a fading, off-white head. The pour releases a bacon-like smell. Smoked flavour sustained by a hint of sweet, dark malts. Dry texture (Copenhagen, 19.09.2008).

50 cL bottle, thanks to sk8viking/Grovlam. Pours with a nice clear amber colour and a huge, huge and light orange head. Heavy smoked tar and slight fruity aroma. Flavour is slight meady and smoked leather. Like a summer at a small fishing boat habour, fantastic smoked. Very very nice. One of the best smoked ever.

Draught at Glenfiddich Warehouse N. 68, Stockholm
Beautiful mahogany color; creamy head. Very nice smoked aroma, like a good Scottish Island Single Malt. Medium body, some good caramel flavor, good hopping, strong smokeyness, very light sourness. Just a bit sweeter and it would be perfect…
