Brewed for the cold winter months with malt smoked in-house over seasoned, local cherrywood from Kelly’s Canyon orchard, Beast Moans is dark, deep and warming. The cherrywood smoked malt provides subtle cherry flavor along with a soft, smoky whisp on the finish. Rich chocolate, subtle undertones of cherry and plum with a dry, smoky and roasty finish.

Bottle - Nice boozy notes, touch of sweetness. Deep jet brown black with a small brown head. Sweet boozy notes, cocoa and a long finish. Sweet and nice.

Bottle. Pours a dark black color with a large beige head. A big sweet malty brandy nose. The flavor is sharp vinous brandy , chocolate, metallic, smoke. Awesome.

Bottle from Woodland Empire, WE bottle share. Another stellar batch based on the Beast Moans brew. Oak aging adds lots of wood notes as well as the brandy character on top of this already luscious beer. Rich, complex, flavorful, a delight for the senses.

22oz bottle pours out black topped with tan head. Nose is roast malts chocolate brandy smoked wood and some black licorice. Taste is more of the roast malts wood notes and some brandy.
