Draught @ Alibi Room. Quite murky, dull brown. Totally messy sour, yeasty autolyzed stuff. Same taste, completely undrinkable. Why would you try to sell this?

cloudy amber color. A bit of popcorn, sour and butter popcorn, horrible. What a disaster

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver
Murky brown color with almost no head. Mildly sour and mildly fruity, but the flavor is also a bit dusty, too yeasty. Why combining fruity sour with dark beer?
Dirty beer, purposeless and rather unpleasant.

Draft - Light buttery notes and a touch malt. Dirty brown with an off white head. Bitter, light tartness and malts. Just not good.

Nothing gets between me and trying another sour ale. So back in Foggy Vancouver at the alibi room it pours with a nice murky swamp brown-copper and minimal head. Typical aroma of malt and hops with cherry hints, approaching complexity. Has a nice balanced flavour of malt and cherry, cool finish due to the low abv. That’s fine, that’s great, that’s a drinkable beer. Not sour enough l, but whatch ya gonna do.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a murky dark amber orange with a small beige head. Aroma brings out notes of lacto and tart cranberries - not getting any of the dry hopping. Flavour is not very pleasant, with notes of blue cheese, lacto and light vinegar. Moderate tartness and subtle cranberry presence, but it's mostly lost under the blue cheese and lacto. Quite poor.
