375mL bottle, courteous of fiulijn (thanks Alex), pours a clear pale golden. Aroma is more complex than the other two Fruit'Art products, with wood, green apples, and a touch of residual sugar. Flavour is complex, with notes of red apples, wood, and low-to-medium residual sugar. The most complex and elegant of the three Fruit'Art products. Very nice.

Bottled, thanks fiulijn! Clear deep golden, lightly viscous. Intense aroma of dried apples and white pepper. Sweet and heavy bodied with viscus mouthfeel. Dried Granny Smith with notes of raisin and Calvados heat in the finish.

Corked bottle from La Ferme, Yverdon; vintage 2009, 4 years old
Measured Final Gravity: 1064

Beautiful golden-amber color. Classic aroma of Ice Cider, with apple juice, some acidity, and brown sugar. Sweet, but not syrupy, with lean mouthfeel; the apple juice is slightly cooked and caramelized; correct acidity level; the barrel aging seems to give some astringency, but not additional flavors; warming alcohol feeling.
A good one, although still missing some depth compared to the best ones.
