Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Amber color, hazy, with compact head. It offers a good combination of cereals, dryness, and ashes, while the aroma is delicately fruity (yeast esters I suppose). Very strong bitterness, some chicory in the finish.
It’s not my favorite style, but this one comes from south of the border and you immediately feel the difference, sharper and cleaner than the local ones.
Quite nice.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out light hopping, bready malt and dry caramel. Flavour is quite dry, with crisp dry bready malts and nice dry hopping without any harshness or astringency. Well-balanced but not particularly exciting. Solid.

Draft - Nice malts with a touch of hops. Clear copper with a decent beige head. Vegetal and bitter notes with a bitter poor finish.
