Golden amber. Caramelly, decent body, sweetish, has a nice chewy character.

Draft - Light grains. Clear copper gold with a nice white head. Grains and some vegetal notes. Easy drinking and light, although vegetal notes throw off the nice light balance.

On tap at Twin Sails, pours a clear / hazy amber brownish orange with a small white head. Aroma is very subdued, with some toasted malt and cereal notes - very restrained. Flavour is similarly subdued, with cereal malt, some light fruitiness and toasted malt. Sweet cereal on the finish. Pretty competently made, with more robustness on the finish than initial sip. Solid for the style.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy amber color with small head. The aroma, and even more the flavor have a well defined cereal character; the body is lean and rather dry; the bitterness level is decent for this beer; not as mellow as the German ones. Biscuity, deep into the final.
The cereals may be considered a deviation from style, but it’s appreciated. Very pleasant.
