On tap at Boundary Bay, pours black with a reddish tinge and a small tan head. Aroma brings out lots of dark fruits, caramel, and some light liqueur oxidation. Flavour is very fruity and roasty, with lots of dark fruits and woody roasty notes, ending on a pronouncedly bitter finish. Well-constructed and with lots of depth, just a bit abrasive. Very good.
