Cloudy golden color. Ginger beer, the finger being evident, semi-sweet, and a bit soapy, maybe spicy for the rye. Why would you barrel-age such thing???
Heavy to drink.

On tap at Aslan, pours a hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out a good mix of whiskey and ginger. Flavour is dominated by the ginger, but not in an abrasive way, with subtle whiskey notes to smooth things out. A reasonably potent ginger bomb. Pretty solid.

Draft - Sweet ginger with a touch of heat. Clear gold with a decent white head. Lots of ginger, bit of oaky raw bitterness and heat. Ginger overpowers.
