On tap. Pours a darkish amber with moderate head. Light earthy cotton candy aromas. Very weak watery farmhouse ale flavors. Not up to par.

Draught at the brewery
Golden color, quite clean, with no head. A bit smelly, manure and paper. The mouthfeel is dry, it doesn’t have much malt flavor to talk about, but you can feel some light Brett, lightly funky. Simple final.
The flavor is rather clean, overall it’s a too simple beer.

On tap at Parallel 49, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma is quite restrained, with light notes of funk, cereal notes and a bit of a herbal quality. Flavour is pretty full, with toasted cereals and biscuity malt, only a slimy hint of the brett in there. Dull and rather lifeless, with a fairly sharp astringency on the finish. Not bad, but needs work.

Draft - Sweet, light sourness and estery fruit. Clear gold with a decent white head. Sweet medicinal notes, fruity yeast notes and. A sweet bitter finish. I ca. Almost see what they were going for, but didn’t quite make it.
