Bottle @ RBESG 2011 Grand Tasting at Dean Swift. Hazy gold orange colour with lasting beige head. Aroma is pretty stunning. Leafy funk. Could smell this all day. Biscuit in mouth. Quite complex in mouth. Good sourness on end. It’s pretty good, but I think I preferred the Tilquin before it. It’s pretty good though.

750 ml bottle @ RBNAG-11. Hazy orange body with a fine off-white head that fades fast. Lovely aroma, acidic fruit, some bitter citric, lemon and wood with a nice dose of funk. Flavor feels funky as well, acidic fruit, barnyard and a dry finish. Feels REEL and quite balanced. Lovely stuff with a great aging potential.

75 cl bottle @ home, bottled 19.03.2010, BBE 03/2020
Aroma is sour with some earthy notes and lots of sorbus. Also some vinegar. Flavour is really sour and tart with sorbus, grapefruit, hints of rosehip, white wine and vinegar. One of the best gueuzes out there. Still I find the Lou Pepe Gueuze 2005 better.

Hazy orange color, small steady white head. Intensive aroma: it’s tart, then grapes, leather, fruits. Medium-bodied. Delicated tart flavor with grapes, leather, citrus ...Lingering fruity tartness in the aftertaste. World class lambic,
