Bottle from the Craft Beer Advent Calendar
Dark brown color, medium sized head. The aroma is too mild, but it has a good body strength, good woody caramel flavor, with some depth, and light residual sweetness.
Good caramel beer.

341ml bottle from 2015 Craft Beer Advent Calendar. Pours a hazy, reddish brown with an average, long lasting, beige head that laces nicely. Sweet aroma of caramel malt, dark fruit and bread. Sweet flavour of dried, dark fruit, caramel malt and bread with a dry, bitter, warming booze finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Not bad.

2015 beer advent. The christmas spices are all nicely there in the right amounts. It is not full bodied as advertised, and slightly bitter and astringent, not a perfectly clean brew. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle - Nice sweet caramel malts and plum, like a barleywine. Deep dark brown with a decent beige head. Caramel and nice sweetness with a touch of plum. Nice.

341mL bottle, pours a deep dark red-tinged brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out bready English malt, some toasted nuts, and earth. Flavour is along the same lines, with bready malt (which has a very English quality to it), some toasted nuts and some earthy undertones. Nothing incredible, but it's pretty solid stuff.
