Cask at the brewery
Dark color, almost black, with small beige head. The aroma is delicate, some dark chocolate and some hop. Soft carbonation, quite strong flavor of dark malts, roasty, moderately sweet, strong bitterness, with some hop resins; with so much roastiness and hops, the rye is not evident.
Bold and with character.

Cask - Sweet Cyrus, nice pine and some dark roast. Jet black with a light brown head. Bitter pine and Woody notes with hint of malt. Weird but OK.
