Bottle shared at Ratebeer awards show. 30/01/2016. Many thanks! A hazed orange coloured pour with a small white head. Aroma is big bretty, brett c pineapple, perfume lemon, Flavour is composed of tangerine, tangy orange, pineapple brett funk, straw and a hint of floral citrus. Palate is doughy malts, wheat, low carbonation.

Pour at De garde release. pours out a hazy gold topped with a small head. nose is sour oak barrels plenty of the brett and a little stone fruit. Taste is more of the stone fruit funky brett and a nice oak.

Poured at De Garde Quarterly. Pours a hazy gold with medium frothy white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is funk, citrus, oak, brett. Thin mouth, light funk, cotton candy, brett, light finish, very good.

At De Garde. Pours a copper color, a swirling white head. A big funky brett and citrus nose. Works well, flavor of dry dusty brett, light fruit, dusty dru oaky finish. Solid. Easy to drink.

Draft - Lots of funk on the nose with stone fruit. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Sweet, stone fruit and a funky finish. Sweet and yeasty.

On tap at De Garde, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals notes of funky brett and a little tart oak. Flavour is along the same lines, with a nice funky brett quality, tart oak and some leather. Really cohesive and rather soft on the palate. Excellent.
