On Tap deep dark brown black. Dense mocha tan head. Very chcolatey malt aroma. Tootsie rolls and that chocolate Hubba Bubba...you know you remember that ! Smooth malty and fairly sweet. Probly under IBUd for in Imperial but soft sweet maltiness is the name of the game here.

On tap at Fort George, pours jet black with a small tan head. Aroma is unusual, with a unique type of coffee and dry chocolate. Flavour is rather complex - never had a coffee stout like this. It's a rather spicy earthy coffee, with dried dark fruits and roasted malt further back in the mouthfeel. Really nice stuff here. Unique.

Draught at The Beer Junction, Seattle
Black color with creamy head. Nice aroma of freshly brewed coffee. Full bodied, the fresh coffee is well integrated; some residual sweetness makes it easier to drink, and the alcohol provides a nice warmth. Resiny hops in the final.
Very good.

Draught. Pored Black as night with thick beige head. Much lacing. Aroma was roasty and coffee. Rich malty flavour with a lot of coffee notes and some roasty notes. Some nuttiness as well. Lasting pleasant finish and doesn’t taste as strong as some imp. stouts.

Sample at the brewpub, part of Stout Month. This Stout pours black with a medium tan head that recedes steadily. Large sticky rings of lacing on the glass. Roasted coffee aroma with some malty notes. Rich body with flavors of caramel malt, roasted coffee and hops. Dry coffee bean finish with a roasty aftertaste. Solid all around.
