Tap. Pours clear golden orange, small beige head, good lacing. Light aroma of citrus and wheat. Flavor is light tart, nice lemon twang, a bit of finishing salt. Medium light body. Interesting.

Two seperate 4 oz pours at the Seattle IBF. Found the beer that was a big reason for me going this year. Pours a clear apple juice color with almost no head. Mild fresh apple aroma. Has a nice mix of sweet apple and sour lemon flavor . Long, cool tart finish. Very nice beer.
