On tap at the Brewpub. Golden with a white head. Cherries, some light spices and funk. The finish was quite tart.

8 oz tulip glass draft at the Cascade Brewing Barrel House in Portland, Oregon. The pour is a very pretty orange golden with a well formed white head that falls with coating lace. The aroma is a soft light sour citrus along with a dash of salt. The taste is soft tart sour up front, very much the Cascade house flavor, with grain wheat Saison and coriander spice Wit notes. There is a delicate white pepper and sea salt in the finish. All flavors interact nicely together. The palate is light to medium bodied with active sparkling carbonation and the clean tart salt dry finish. Super easy drinking, first beer of the Portland trip and was certainly a nice start.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with medium frothy off white head that lasts. The aroma is key lime, funk, oak, sea salt. Thin mouth, tart lime, citrus, salt, light tartness, really enjoyed this one

On tap at OBF. Pours a clear copper color with a large white head. A big fruity woody salty nose. The flavor is big sour berries, lacto, orange peel, I certainly get some salt. Very fun beer.

Tap at OBF 2015. Pours hazy orange gold with a foamy white head. Aroma is oak and sour mixed fruit. Med body. Flavor is citrus, stone fruit, maybe including cherry; sour is moderater/pleasant. There’s oak! It’s really, really delicious.

On tap at Cascade, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is odd, with loads of coriander and salt - not getting anything else. Flavour is similar, must bringing out coriander and salt, no cherries or tartness at all. Disappointingly bland and lacking complexity. Not so good, especially for Cascade calibre.
