On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy brown with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong brandy, vanilla, dark fruit. Thin mouth, caramel, dark fruit, nice sweetness from the brandy, very nice.

On tap at Cascade, pours a hazy orange amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out loads of caramel and treacle tart, with rum, vanilla, and caramel. Flavour is similar, with heaps of caramel, vanilla and rum, followed by treacle notes and lovely tart fruits. Complex, sweet but not cloying, and well-balanced. Really great.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear copper red color with a small white head. The aroma is big sweet fruity oak. The flavor is big sweet caramel, vanilla, sweet and sour. Interesting.

Draft - Sweet caramel and toffee candy. Clear copper with a small white head. Soured sweet candy, much like the nose with acidity. Weirdly wonderful.
