660ml bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours hazy pale gold, thick white head, high carbonation. Aromas of apples, tart dryness, yeasty, bread, light spice. Taste brings an almost cinnamon spice, more apples, but not in a cider way. Dry finish, unusual and good.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - hazy orange with a generous head and quite frantic bubbles. Nose - pineapple sorbet. Taste - zesty lemon and pineapple and a hint of spice. Palate - light to medium bodied with a dry zesty texture and a long dry finish. Overall - a decent saison that drinks well for the higher alcohol.

Bottled. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Spritzy. Aroma is toffee, fudge and some caramel with mild herbs and yeast to it as well. Flavour is fruity, some herbs, yeast and mild wooden notes. Quite a spritzy, but still nicely balanced and refresing brew.
