Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Amber color, clean. Nice aroma, seet caramel, smoke, and a hint of butter. Good body strength, nice malt flavor, and the smoke is delicate but well present, perfectly complementing; the finalnis quite bold, bitter.
Excellent.

On tap at St Augustine's, pours a clear copper with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out a nice fire pit quality, with some ash and a touch of roast. Flavour is along the same lines, with ash, smoke, and some leather. Medium intensity smokiness. Balanced and clean, but nothing overly interested. Solid.

Draft - Sweet BBQ and grains. Glean gold with a decent white head. Smokey sweet bacon notes with a surprising clean finish. A bit sweet.

An amber ale with a thin off white head. A nice malty aroma with light peated notes. In mouth, a good malty racuh with light peated notes, smooth and mineral. Medium bodied. On tap at Mondiale 2009.
