Our Farmers Ale embraces its roots. Light and hazy in appearance, spicy aromatics with hints of lemongrass, black pepper, and a dry lingering finish. The Farmers Ale provides layers of complexity in traditional manner and begs you to take another sip.

Hazy and tan. A little bit funky on the nose, a touch earthy. Earthy, has a nice biscuity pale malt character. Earthy hop. Tastes quite a bit better than it smells.

Blond color, small head. Dry but harmonious, balanced, with a good body strength, and a very good spicy yeast character, a lot of coriander, a bit of funkiness, and relatively strong bitterness.
Very good.

On tap at Raven's Brewing, pours a clear yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings farmhouse notes and Belgian yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with Belgian yeast, rustic farmhouse notes, and bitter citric notes on the finish. Well-constructed - a hoppy farmhouse ale that is fairly easy drinking. Solid.
