Bottle at Caru' cu Bere in Bucharest. Clear gold with a frothy, white head. Dank, bready aroma. Raw dough. Faint sweet up front. Mild bitter and watery at the back. Drinkable. Not particularly refreshing.

F: big, white, good retention. C: pale gold to gold, clear. A: grainy, wort, grassy, bit metallic. T: grainy, grassy, metallic, cereal, undefined bitterness on the palate, light watery body, medium carbonation, drinkable low alcohol beer, 0,5l can from BEN&NIK Alimantation Roumaine near Cantillon in Brussels.

Can 500ml. @ Hotel Room, Brussels, Belgium. [ As Ursus Fara Alcool ].Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, cereal, sweet malt, corn. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration, grain, cereal, sweet malt, corn. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20160919] 3-3-3-2-6

Ich muss zugeben, ich habe die Dose schon mit einem miesen Gefühl aufgemacht. Mit osteuropäischen alkoholfreien Bieren habe ich schon einige unangenehme Erfahrungen gemacht...Aber das Zeug ist einfach nur grauslich. Das Bier ist unglaublich wässrig, schafft es aber nicht den widerlich süßlichen Gemschack nach Tod und Verderben weg zu spülen. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass man freiwillig sowas trinkt.

50cl can from a Mini market in Rimini. Pours clear, very pale golden with a modest, fast dissipating, white head. Grainy aroma with notes of cooked vegetables and hints of honey and ripe fruits. Somewhat sweet and grainy and not much bitterness. Not very pleasant, more flavour than expected, but unfortunately not pleasant ones. Why did I buy this one?

Can sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks beerandbeyond. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma of paper, a bit of apple. Sweetish flavor, worty, with paper, and a bitterish finish. Light-bodied, watery.

Finally, after 13680 something beers I find my first Romanian beer. A low ABV one even, what a thrill! Thank God it was cold as ice so I could actually finish the 50cl can of somewhat bitter grainy liquid. Still, not the worst beer ever by a long shot. Happy with the country tick!
