Hazy blond color. Smells a bit like partially unfermented Mead. Very Sweet but not sticky, honey flavor, rather fruity, no bitterness, lightly carbonated.
Rough but pleasant.

Draft - Sweet grassy, flowery and a bit medicinal. Clear pale gold. Lots of grassy flowery notes, touch of herbal medicine and a long herbal finish. Not bad, but crazy price.

On tap at Storm, pours a hazy yellow with almost no head. Aroma brings lots of potent honey, wildflower, and a touch of booze. Flavour is very complex, with loads of complex honey, some treacle toffee, and a big boozy burn that is well-situated. Complex, elegant and delicate. This feels its full 14% but it's not harsh in any way. Wonderful stuff.
