Draft - Very light pale malts. Clear gold with almost no head. Light sweet pale malt and some light grain. Pretty bland, even for a Kolsch.

Draught at the brewery
I found a piece of ice in my glass. Pale blond color. It has a timid presence of straws and cereals, bit also some fermentation byproducts that smell like vegetables, and not enough crackery qualities; light and dry, with reasonable bitterness.
Clean, bit rather boring. It tastes too similar to a Euro macro lager. The ultracold temperature doesn’t help.

On tap at 33 Acres, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is light, with toasted grains, cereal especially, and dry crackery malt. Flavour is much along the same lines, with cereal malt upfront, along with straw, and dry biscuity malt. A touch of residual sweetness which is well-situated. It's a good, unexciting kolsch.
