Draft - Sweet molasses and light herbal and Berry notes. Dark copper with a decent light brown head. Light soured malts and a bit of a malty finish. OK.

Draught at the brewery
Hazy dark amber color with dark red hue, small head. The aroma is lightly caramel y and vinous; quite dry mouthfeel; the rye flavor is rather strong, there is caramel too, and it has a strong earthy component, almost dirt. Vegetable bitterness.
Chaotic. Not bad, but I wouldn’t drink a full glass of it.

On tap at Bridge, pours black with a medium tan head. Aroma is quite rich, with notes of leather, dark fruits, light tartness and yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with earthy rye notes, dark dried fruits, leather and yeasty notes. Very well-integrated and cohesive. One Bridge's best and most complex beers to date. Thanks for that, Ryan.
