En fût à l’établissement de Sainte-Catherine. Couleur orangée translucide, mousse blanche. Arôme de houlon résineux, malt, pamplemousse, légumes boullis léger. Goût de pamplemousse, houblon résineux, malt léger, bonne amertume. Carbonation moyenne-faible, corps moyen. Une IPA honnête.

A hazed golden ale with a thick lacing white head. In aroma, grassy herbal hops with catnip notes and biscuit malt. In mouth, a nice grassy malt with floral pungeant hops, with catnip.
