Tap at volo.
Hazy golden pour, big frothy head.
Very lively carbonation, great funky armoma. Light pepperiness, grass, and quite a bit of citrus. Medium bitter, medium funky finish.

Draft - Spicy, herbal, cranberry and perfumy notes. Deep reddish copper with a decent white head. Tastes much as it smells, dry finish and a little juice like. Not bad.

Draught @ BarVolo, Toronto. Pours hazy amber with small but stable off-white head. Dusty aroma with vinous and roasty notes and touches of hops. Sweetish, malty flavour with fruity touches and vinous and hoppy notes. Hints of needles and dust. Bitetr and estery aftertaste. Good.

A clear amber copper ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, fruity malt with light spices, dark fruits and light alcohol. In mouth, nice dark fruits with smooh herbal hops and licorice, nice.

(Draught at Bryden’s, Toronto ON, June 23rd 2013) Pours a medium gold, bubbly white head, no lace. Aroma has overripe tree fruit, yeasty barnyard funk, lots of cereal grain malt, slight lime acidity. Flavour has more lime at the start among with funky yeast, peppery spice, fruity malt, dries into pepper and acid and grain, this is a flavourful farmhouse and a refreshing one. Carb is moderately high but not out of style, body medium, refreshing. Could down a bunch in the hot sun.

Pretty well put together. Pours pure gold without much head or lacing. Average carbonation. Has lots of lime and pepper with some funk possibly resulting from lime. Sour, bitter finish with a little spice in the aroma. Tap at Barhop.

650mL bottle, listed as 7.8% ABV on bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a white head. Aroma of brett yeast, barnyard funk and rustic qualities. Flavour is quite different, being salty and soapy - salty hops, some brett, mineral-y, some barnyard - overridden by the salty notes. Solid.
