Poured from a 500 ml bottle. Aroma is nice with a medium light grain note including some of the spelt character. Some light citrus notes. Medium light stone fruit with a faint phenolic character. Medium light oak with golden raisins and white wine notes. There is a faint poopiness. Pours a hazy, golden orange with a medium large, thick, white head that slowly recedes to the edges where it lingers. Light lacing and no legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with a balanced, moderate acidity. Nice fruit notes with some light cherry pie, stone fruit, moderate golden raisins and white wine grapes. Some light oak and tannins. Hints of phenolics. Light spelt and grain notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, an alright beer. Lots of green grape/white wine/golden raisin notes with some other fruit. Balanced acidity and oak. Some nice malt notes. I guess acidity is a bit strong for me.

Bottle at De Garde quarterly. Pours a dark brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is strong oak, vinegar, and some funk. Thin mouth, strong vinegar, dark fruit, oak tannins, odd.

At De Garde. Pours a cloudy orange amber color with a medium white head. A vinous, sweet butterscotch nose. Odd one. Tangy citrus, vinous notes, but a sweeter element like candy. Interesting.

Bottle - Funky, Woody and feet. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Funky, weird and odd notes. Weird, funky, light tartness and a dry finish.

Bottle at De Garde, pours a cloudy orange amber with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out oak, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and acidity. Flavour is oaky, sweet, fruity and vinegary, with Worcestershire sauce, sour red fruits, and sweetness. Sweet and sour, with a strange vinegary quality. Very odd. Not bad, but nothing too interesting.
