500ml bottle from Press online. A bit of an OG in the west coast cider scene. What a dorky thing to say... Pint glass @home. Big soda head, quick to settle. Clear, dusty, medium gold, active. Fruity, earthy & round, buttery spiced nose. Bitter-sweet, leaning dry. Heavily tannic, moisture stripping, very earthy but with complimentary sharpness, white wine minerality, rosewater finish. Medium force carb, low acid, good texture. Halfway between English & American cider. Doesn't disappoint.

Taster from fhe bottle on BC Cider Fest 2017. Pours a hazy golden with no head. Aroma is yeasty, apples, some spices. Similar taste. Dry aftertaste. Not bad.

Bottle sampled at Alpenfire, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out medium funk, a touch of residual sugars and medium dry apples. Flavour is bone dry, with puckeringly dry apples, light funk, and yeast. Super dry, almost difficult to drink, but very elegant as well. Nice stuff.

Bottle - Light Apple skin.  Clearish pale gold.  Plain Apple, fleshy notes and a dry finish.  Dry and not sweet at all.
