Hazy blond color. The aroma is delicately bready. The mouthfeel is weak, the acidity is mild, there is a tiny bit of wheat flavor and light lemon flavor, with almost no bitterness. Not bad, but very innocent. What’s the point of brewing this in Vancouver 2015? One point less for lack of pride and courage.

Draft - Tart lemony notes with a touch of soap. Clearish gold with a nice white head. Lemon peel and a nice bite of bite. Simple, but solid.

Pale, slight haze. Tart, but not clean. A bit sloppy and thin. Lacks tartness in the finish.

On tap at Callister (without the grape fruit syrup), pours a mostly clear pale golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out subtle lemony tartness and wheat. Flavour is quite bland for the style, with tart wheat and moderate lemon tang. No real complexity or anything. It's easy to drink but not very intriguing. Okay.
