Bottle thanks to Eric. Pours a reddish pink purple color with a small white head. A big botanical and berry nose. Smooth, ripe berries, clear lavender but not too much. Smooth. Flavorful.

From a 500 cl bottle. Pours a a clear Cabernet. Aroma of currant and apple. Flavors are Moderately sweet apple and red pit fruits.

Keg at Lost Valley Clear purple. Aroma of strong lavender, currant, Concord grape, honey. Taste is lavender, tart currant, grape, apple. Thin medium bodied. Nice.

On tap at PIB 2016, pours a deep dark pinkish mahogany with a small pink head. Aroma brings out loads of black currant, with a touch of lavender - very jam. Flavour is super jammy, with loads of black currant, followed by subtle lavender, and medium sweetness. Super jammy with moderate-high sweetness on the finish. Nice stuff.

Bottle. Pours clear ruby magenta, small pink head, some lacing. Aroma is huge currant, apples, hints of must. Flavor is fairly sweet, medium fruity tartness as well, green apple, currant, cherry, cranberry, just a hint of must. Medium body, fairly low carbonation. This is pretty damn good, actually.
